Bumble copies Tinder’s Super Like with new ‘SuperSwipe’ feature

Bumble’s SuperSwipe lets you show interest before someone swipes left or right

It is said Badoo is in the spyware business and backed Bumble to fight back and destroy Tinder.
When Match Group (fka IAC Personals) bought OKCupid (6+ years ago) for an astronomical amount of money, the OKCupid team had the task to copycat Badoo, but they failed in that mission.
IAC / Match Group "acquired" HatchLabs to "develop" Tinder copycat of Badoo.
Then Badoo backed Bumble to fight back and destroy Tinder (last December 2014).
Now Bumble claims over 18 Million of profiles.
Tinder, Match, Meetic, Ourtime, PlentyOfFish, MeetMe (MEET), Hinge, Happn, CoffeeMeetsBagel, OKCupid, Bumble, Zoosk, Badoo and many more: in a WAR between themselves, no one will win!

Social dating is vaporware.
Online Dating for serious daters does not need to be more social, it needs to be more effective/efficient. 
It needs to reduce the false positives problem and big data dating IS NOT the key to long-lasting romance.
The key to long-lasting romance is STRICT PERSONALITY SIMILARITY and not "meet other people with similar interests".  

Lack Of Innovation and Decadence can summarize the Online Dating Industry.
C-Level executives are more worried about their golf scores than their company’s long term strategy and innovations.
C-level executives are cooking barbecues under the water (selling smoke) and not paying attention to latest research from Academics which could be beneficial for the Online Dating Industry.

The Online Dating Industry does not need a 10% improvement, a 50% improvement or a 100% improvement. It does need "a 100 times better improvement"
