USA Fraud Agency Call On Dating Industry To Improve Fight Against Scammers (via GDI)

Please see:

The biggest scammers are not from Ghana or Nigeria. They are precisely marketing executives from big sites. They use credit card billing trickery.
Lack Of Innovation & Decadence can summarize the Online Dating Industry for years.

It says 13,000 + sites but .......

Ashley Madison: "The dispute began when Silva — who came to Toronto from Brazil — sued her former employer in 2012, alleging she seriously hurt her wrists and forearms typing up 1,000 "fake female profiles" over a few weeks for a new Portuguese-language version of the site."

Match in USA

Evan Spencer, had said that despite the fact that anti-scammer technology is available, Match fail to use such things as face-recognition software – which would have discovered that her pictures were being used hundreds of times.
Last August 2011 when a U.S. Class Action Called Match a 'Scam' / More than 90% of potential dates are "phantoms," suit charged then Match had morphed its marketing campaign.

As usual, they can win in Court but they could be incinerated by Journalists or killed by power of word of mouth!

The Online Dating Industry is performing like the Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Industry before the USA Food and Drug Administration was created. There is no/weak Legislation, no ID verification, low reliable background checks, no Quality Norms.
No one compatibility matching method is Scientifically Proven.
The entire Online Dating Industry for serious daters in 1st World Countries is a HOAX, performing as a Big Online Casino, with a low effectiveness/efficiency level of their matching algorithms (less than 10%). In the same range as searching by your own.

I live in a South American country and I am really astonished to see how online daters in "1st World" countries are really victims of human experimentation. No actual online dating site  is "scientifically proven" because no one can prove its matching algorithm can match prospective partners who will have more stable and satisfying relationships -and very low divorce rates- than couples matched by chance, astrological destiny, personal preferences, searching on one's own, or other technique as the control group in a peer reviewed Scientific Paper for the majority (over 90%) of its members.  The key to long-lasting romance is STRICT PERSONALITY SIMILARITY and not "meet other people with similar interests".
